Staff Meetings and Covid

We are due to have a staff meeting on Thursday and would have about 12 people there.  We obviously all work together, but not all at the same time due to part timers and shift patterns.  Are we allowed to have our meeting?  It would be difficult for us to all be 2m apart.

What are others doing about team meetings?

Thank you

Definitely not IMHO. Does it really need to be face to face? Zoom is a good alternative, with emailing any documents beforehand perhaps? We aren't doing any face to face meetings at the moment.

Hi.

I think it's not too difficult to do a staff meeting, we have the girls, in groups of their rooms, sitting in seperate areas of the chosen room for the meeting.  They bring chairs from their own room and clean them after use. No resources or units are touched and all sanitise hands before entering and leaving room.

It's more impotant then ever to have in person meetings with staff to inform them of their duties and to ensure their knowledge is up to date. For the sake of highest possible quality of care for the children.
