Guest Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 Hi Do you mean, looking at the management theories and their styles, for example Fayol, Herzberg, McGregor, Likert, etc and how that links in to management styles. There is alot of information on them in Early years management in practice by maureen Daly. Hope this helps, i used this book when i was doing my course.

AnonyMouse_3401 Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 Jill Rodd book Leadership in Early childhood is excellent too, I would suggest you read the Daly book to understand and then use Rodd for the more in depth stuff.
