Summer Med Term Phonics

Hi anybody got any medium term plans for teaching phonics for the summer, that they would like to share !!

Sorry I'm quite new and don't know how to attach threads yet, but there was a discussion on phonic plans recently...by a member called Kat I think..maybe another kind user can add thread. I remember she used the games from the Progression in Phonics/Playing with sounds. Hope this helps a bit!
