Guest
I am using the Runaway Chapati in literacy next week and am really struggling to think of any good focussed activities that I can use to display at the end - help! Matilda
Guest
Could you get each group to create a different scene from the story as part of creative development and then add a caption as a group in your literacy to create a story board display? We did this for we're going on a bear hunt and it looked really effective, we had the display at child height with removeable characters so that the children could retell and roleplay the story

Guest
Thanks for your suggestions. Clare, if it wouldn't be too much trouble I would love to hear the ideas suggested by the book you have. Thanks. Edited May 14, 2006 by Guest
