Guest
I am a Reception class teacher and my Nursery Nurse is leaving in July. Interviews for a new one are going to be next week and my head has asked if I want to be involved in the process. Can anyone think of some important things to ask? Many Thanks Katie

Guest
The main thing is to look through the Person Specification for the post, and ask questions that relate to each of the criteria, other wise you have do not have any other measures than the application form, as to whether they match the criteria. Other good questions are things like: What you would like visitors to see if they looked round the classroom? What is your vision as nursery nurse for this class? etc. Hope you find someone great, Shelley
