Guest Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 hi i'm busy getting ready for home visiting our new set of children in September - last year I found a really good questionnaire on here for giving to new parents but I can't find it now! It was really detailed, asking questions such as 'what do you want us to do if your child is upset on the first day?' etc. I'd be really grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thanks Janine x
Guest Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 Is this the one? I got this from the forum and I have added and adapted it for when i do home visits. I have found that it is quite long though, but that is because it provokes good discussions with parents. Peggy HOME_VISIT_PARENT_QUESTIONS.doc

Guest Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 thanks you two - think it was the top one I'd seen but they are both brilliant. Thanks again x
Guest JPH Posted June 15, 2006 Posted June 15, 2006 I agree, they are both very good. I think I will update our current child profile to include some of this. Thank you.
