Guest Posted July 6, 2006 Share Posted July 6, 2006 Hope someone can help - I've found a transition policy on the forum that covers transition from FS to Year 1 but I just wondered if anyone has a policy that covers FSU to Year 1, Year 2 to Year 3 and Year 6 to Year 7? We are wanting to create a whole school transition policy. Or if you can direct me to any useful website I would be really grateful....Thanks!!
