They have a link on their site to 'other organisations'. I followed the link, if no telephone number is posted it means 'telephone enquiries not welcomed'. The 2 paper recycling organisations, The British waste paper association and British Paper and Board Industries Federation request that you write to them, one even requests an A4 s.a.e.
