AnonyMouse_4869 Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 hi everyone, i've got an interview later to be a playworker at a childrens centre (2 - 11), i've never worked in a children centre before, and have gone for this post to give me some breathing space whilst im at uni (having previously been supervisor of a holiday playscheme). Im just wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding questions i might be asked etc. I think im just nervous bc i would really like this job! thanks laura
Guest Posted October 10, 2006 Posted October 10, 2006 hi best of luck. Think the only advice I would give is it's all about providing what that community needs, being incredibly resourceful and creative - loads of ideas about how to engage families, provide a quality service etc. if you want me to explain any more, feel free to PM me. I'm a community coordinator - QTS in a local CC. Still learning all the time too though! Best of luck once again
