Guest Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 I've decided to have a loose mini topic in the 1-2 year room next week based around Old Mcdonald. I bassed this on some recent observations, particulary for one child, who loves the rhyme. Every time it comes on, he atempts to sing it, especially the ee-eye-ee-eye-o bit!!! The whole group like it when we make the animal sounds etc. Anyway, I have been racking my brains to come up with some things for them to do, so far I've got putting hay/straw etc in the tray with the farm animals etc. Um and there i stop!!! so any great ideas out there please!!!!
Guest Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 I suppose craft wise you could make/paint/collage animals, or old macdonalds farm house. Make farmers (to represent old macdonald)... sorry brain gone dead for other suggestions.
