I wouldn't actually call this a learning quote but I think it is lovely

Here's one for staff:

Do you work with babies or children?

If so, did you know that you can .........

make their day happy

or make their day sad

make them feel comfortable

make them feel uncomfortable

teach them to learn

or ignore them

help them understand

or just be misunderstood

make them feel special

or settle for being basic

grown them from ordinary to extra-ordinary just by putting in that little 'extra'

make 'em laugh!

or make 'em cry

make life interesting

or be everday dull

BE ONE OF THE GREAT INFLUENCES IN THEIR LIVES

One I always remind myself (and others) of when planning anything new:

"If they can't learn the way you teach...

... can you teach the way they learn?"

Umm... I also like:

"If at first you don't succeed, remove all evidence that you ever tried" - ha think that was Ricky Gervais that said that one :o
