Tracking Sheet

Hi guys

Just wondering if anyone has a sheet which they use when observing and tracking a child to see which activities and classroom areas they visit and when. Any help or advice would be fantastic!!

i do use one but I dont know how to attach it, i customised it to suit our set up and the children who attend.
