Guest
Hi I'm looking into ordering some new table top games, ours are so old. We only have 2 new games the shopping game, which children love, and a lotto game. there are so many out there but we only have enough money to buy 3/4. I wondered which ones were a hit in your settings. The children are aged 3 and 4.

Guest
I'll second snail race even though I am in reception-it's one of the first games they get out and play independently without giving up or arguing.
Guest
I make a lot of my own lotto and turn taking board games depemding what the children are into, use wrapping paper, pics off the internet, patterned napkins, macdonalds toys make good counters as do conditioner and milk tops etc. the children can make them with you too if you are feeling adventurous - you can adapt it to them then. Just an idea. Liz x
