Guest
Can anyone reccomend any good reference books which would give help and guidance to someone new to a co-ordinators post ? Something to help with what should be done and when, reminders for procedures, writing action plans etc ? Thanks, Julie xx
AnonyMouse_5677
'The foundation Stage teacher in action' by Edgington has a useful section on the early years coordinator Elfy
Guest Wolfie
In an edition of EYE recently there was an advert for a new book out called "Be a better Foundation Stage coordinator" by Ailsa Chapman - I can't tell you whether it's any good because I haven't got round to ordering a copy yet but it does look good and I've liked the articles that Ailsa Chapman has contributed to magazines. The website seems to be www.quaybooks.co.uk.
