AnonyMouse_705 Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 Hi Have to make jam buns tomorrow using a stiff 'rock cake' consisency mixture, making a thumb print hole in the middle for a spoonful of jam. Has found rock cake mixture using 12 oz s/r flour and 3 oz margerine, 3 oz caster sugar but wondered if anybody had a recipie using spoon measurements so that the children could have individual bowls etc. Hope that makes sense, bit of headache so head bit fuzzy. Hubby just reminded me to put on my new reading glasses! That might help! Thanks
