Discovery Bottles

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have read all your topics on discovery bottles and think they are a fantastic idea. We are a new childrens centre so as such do not have a lot of children and parents in at the minute to access empty bottles can anyone suggest where I can access some. I have tried the centre staff but just my luck they are all healthy and drink cooled boiled water!! (typical) :o

I found some mini diet coke bottles recently in a newsagents, didn't need a drink but bought myself a couple. Hubby asked me why? :o I said I was feeling quite chuffed that I could then use them for my discovery bottle collection. ( really he should know me by now, buying stuff for preschool, even during half term :( )

anyway, he said, in a sort of silly you, don't you know sort of way " You can get them at sainsbury's in packs of twelve" ( guess who does the shopping in my house :( , not me)

Obviously ninafox, you would have to drink the contents though xD:D

They are just the right size for little explorer hands :D ( and the labels come off easily)

You could treat the staff to mini bottles of mineral water :D

Very commendably healthy Marion :D

My small coke bottles content went down very well, just the right amount to mix with a tot of rum :D:o

Ive been thinking isn't it a pity they use glass bottles for one glass measures of wine xD

:oxD:( One glass measures of wine???? :(

I buy by the 3 litre box size, :( saves on petrol emissions for frequence of trips to the supermarket, see I knew I was doing something to save the environment.
