AnonyMouse_7317
Hi I have read all your topics on discovery bottles and think they are a fantastic idea. We are a new childrens centre so as such do not have a lot of children and parents in at the minute to access empty bottles can anyone suggest where I can access some. I have tried the centre staff but just my luck they are all healthy and drink cooled boiled water!! (typical)

Guest
I found some mini diet coke bottles recently in a newsagents, didn't need a drink but bought myself a couple. Hubby asked me why? I said I was feeling quite chuffed that I could then use them for my discovery bottle collection. ( really he should know me by now, buying stuff for preschool, even during half term ) anyway, he said, in a sort of silly you, don't you know sort of way " You can get them at sainsbury's in packs of twelve" ( guess who does the shopping in my house , not me) Obviously ninafox, you would have to drink the contents though They are just the right size for little explorer hands ( and the labels come off easily) Peggy

Guest
You could treat the staff to mini bottles of mineral water Very commendably healthy Marion My small coke bottles content went down very well, just the right amount to mix with a tot of rum Peggy
AnonyMouse_4544
Maybe a better idea Peggy as long as they provide their own rum

AnonyMouse_2732
At the Nottingham Arena you get the wine in one of those nasty little cartons - and the wine's OK, but REALLY nasty if you drink it all - all the gunk at the bottom!!
