AnonyMouse_73
The draft standards have been knocking about for some time now (we already use the NQT standards for our NQTS) but we are awaiting the final document any time soon. The main idea is to streamline QTS, NQT post threshold AST and Excellent teacher standards all in one place so that a new entrant to the profession can see the progression. Guest Wolfie
Does anyone know whether there are any standards like this in existence for Level 3 qualified staff that could be used as a basis for performance management? I went on a course on Friday and we looked at this document and found it very helpful, but we really need something similar to use as a framework for level 3 staff. Any ideas anyone?
