Please Help With Setting A Pupil Target Sheet For Parents Evening Fe

I've got parents evening this week and i need to compile a target sheet for the children to highlight ares of pshe, c.l.l and M.d.

 

I feel so stressed with everything else. Could anyone help with ideas. Please.

Hi

This is the sheet I am using for my parents evening this week. There are targets for phonics, writing, mathematics and PSE. Didn't want to overload parents so we just included the ELGs that we thought they could help work on at home - If you include all of PSE, CLL and Math it is 90 ELGs!

I have folded it up to make a booklet and pasted schools badge on the front.

This is ours. We keep it simple! usually one lit one maths and one personal target. Use the same sheet for the next terms meeting and add to it. Parents and teacher sign it each time and we photo copy for the parent.
