Hi Has anybody got any fresh ideas for planning of Jasper's Beanstalk?

have you tried growing a bean in a jamjar? If you use blotting paper you can hold it against the side of the jar and it's provided with moisture so it can grow. Children can watch the roots growing - I've got a pic from when we did it - i'll go and look

Yeah thanks I have got that idea down already, I am looking forward to growing them with the children.
