Guest Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Just into planning some ideas around a loose theme odf recycling-materials and wondered if there were any visits that anyone has made with 3-5 year olds-obvious ones seem to aim at older children. Any other ideas would be welcome too. Thanks
Guest Wolfie Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 Have you got any scrapstores near you? Some of them encourage visits by groups of children and will put on some kind of workshop using recycled materials and others have got staff who will come out to you to work with the children. Just an idea!

Guest Posted April 11, 2007 Posted April 11, 2007 I contacted our local council who sent out the recycling team who came with games, posters and photos of the tip, land fill and the recycling depot. Good fun and good learning had by all!
