Just in case you didn’t know, if you have a staff or manager login to Tapestry, you can use these details to sign into the Foundation Stage Forum (FSF) as well.

If you are new to the FSF – welcome! You have arrived at a place where educators share their knowledge on our forum and access a wealth of information through our library of articles, downloadable resources, podcasts and, of course, Coffee Breaks.

The FSF has had many thousands of visitors since it began in 2003. You can read more about our story on the About Us page. What sets us apart from other social media platforms is our community spirit. Members can spend time here, set up conversations, reflect, and come back to them later. Here you will find help and advice, debates and discussions, respect and kindness. Members won’t always agree with each other, but we do expect they will always listen to what everyone has to say. To keep this going, we offer a little community guidance in the form of our Lessons from Geese clip. Or, if you prefer a list:

• Introduce yourself if you are new and welcome new users if you have been around for a while
• Join in with discussions mindfully
• Respect differences of opinion
• Offer help to a fellow educator whenever you can
• Contact us if you see an inappropriate post. We will check the problem and respond to you.
