When relatives are added to tapestry do they have full access to their child's journal including assessments or just the photos we select to send them????

Yes they have full access to everything that you have put into the journal. You can choose not to show them your assessments of the observation, just the picture and narrative in the management area

I wondered if there was any parents questionnaires i could edit on here? asking parents general views of the nursery?

If you do a search for questionnaire you should find several. If you can't find any, come and shout on the main forum.
