So I have been shortlisted for a deputy job but because of the current situation I have to do an online presentation after reading the SEF, Ofsted Report and SDP. I've just about done my presentation but am trying to think of a different title other that 'Why I should be your Deputy' (which I know sounds a bit twee.) Does anyone have any ideas? TIA

Thankyou ! Yes I wasn’t thinking of a completely structured timetable but rather a brief idea of different ‘slots’ in the day - I’m thinking along the lines of creative activities, Jo Wicks, Forrest school etc x x

Hi just wondering if anyone has a suggested timetable for Keyworker children during the period when they are in school over the next few weeks?

Thank you to you both for your advice ! I will do all of this - Im thinking if he doesn't want change then it is very unlikely that he'll appoint anyone different but I will give it a try. I think I will try to articulate that I won't be changing things that are working well but will look at the development points in the OFSTED report. Im not sure if this will give me the edge on the interal candidate as Im sure she will be saying the same but I will give it a try!!

Hi, I have an interview soon for a headteacher's position at an Infant school soon. I am aware that the person who is currently the acting head has also got an interview. Ordinarily, this would not worry me but I have been told that she is doing a good job. Also, when the Chair of Governors was showing myself and another candidate around, he commented that he is happy with how things are and he doesn't want change (They have also recently had OFSTED and she has lead them through this well I believe.) Whilst I know that it is likely that she will get the job (and I know it is probably well deserved.) I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to things I could say/ask in order to ensure that they know I am still suited to the job as much?
