Privacy notice for parents - detailed 1.0.0

In order to comply with the GDPR requirements you must ensure that you provide additional information that sets out, in detail, what data you are holding, why you are holding it and what you intend to do with it. This is this second, more detailed document that has taken so much time to produce. The simple version is here.
You do not need to provide every parent with this detailed copy. However, you must make sure that it is readily available - that might mean you display it in your entrance hall, post it on your website or provide an individual copy if it is asked for.
