Hello, We are a new children's centre opening up and I am trying to get my hands on the poster for parents which has the contact details for raising a complaint. Obviously hoping they won't need to use it but best practice to have it displayed!! Have looked on the maze that is the Ofsted website but cant seem to find where I can get one of these from. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Many thanks! Claudine

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so bear with me as I'm still trying to find my feet. I am in the process of embarking on EYPS course and I wonder whether there is anyone out there who's also taken the same leap or who has gained EYP Status. Secondly, does anyone know how to evidence standard 2 and standard 11? The question for standard 2 is: The individual ways in which children develop and learn from birth to the end of the foundation stage and thereafter. I do have an idea of what is required but I'm just not sure of how to evidence it. Someone, Please helop

Have finally managed to get onto Ofsted online (security token not working etc) The account is registered in my Chair's name so Ofsted won't help me with queries. However, it is me who has completed the SEF as Chair wouldn't have a clue. Couple of questions: The online form doesn't have the bit where you rate yourself so is that bit just for us and not for Ofsted to see? Also online form says that my Chair has completed it as it's her name on the account but I've put in all the work. Online form also doesn't have the bit at beginning of downloaded Word form that says completed by, name and role and date completed. Does Ofsted online form ask for this info …

just sat down to read my post. Nice book from ofsted are you ready for your inspection (updated version). Just when I thought I was nearly at the top of the mountain of paperwork I slide back down again. Ofsted have changed the sef a new improved shorter version and easier to fill out online apparently. I spent hours at Easter fill that ******* thing out and now they change it. I does say you do not need to change it now. thats fine but at some point it will need doing. i am so fed up with paperwork. spent all day again doing stuff. anyone else had the same
