Hi all Our setting is relatively new to tapestry and currently have it available for staff use only without relative permission enabled. (still having teething troubles)we would however like our parents to be able to view their childs report when we have completed them. are we able to just make the reports only visible to relatives and how do we notify them . Many thanks in advance

Dear all, This may be my fried brain at this time of year but... When creating PIN-only accounts for teaching assistants, these seem to still give access to the Snapshots functions (including editing them). There's nothing in User Permissions / Staff to turn this off... what am I missing?

Just wondered how everyone managed photos that contain more than one child? I understand the setting for children in group obs in disable parents from viewing it but I'm thinking more along the lines of it a child is working with another/ in the background. We have two parents out of 50 who haven't given permission for their children to appear in another child's learning journey (even thought the download option is disabled). The only way I can see is editing before we upload- any other ideas please?

Hello I have a new parent who cannot access our Tapestry as it says she already has an account with her old nursery. However they are not responding to my communications re transferring the account/profile to me. Is there a way we can bypass this and allow the parent to create her account with us or does she need to use a different email address? Thank you

Hi we are just getting started after completing our trial and hope to go 'live' to parents before Feb half term. I thought I had read somewhere there was a letter we could download to send to parents explaining what Tapestry was and about the online learning journeys. I'm also updating our safeguarding policy to include work iPads. Could anyone point me in the right direction please? Thank you in advance.

Hello, Yes, it's GDPR again! Has anyone adapted their Parent Tapestry permission letters to include the new GDPR regulations? If so, please can you let me know what you have added? Thanks in advance for any responses
