Hello We are very new to Tapestry and have just completed one planning, obs, assessment cycle now. I see on some of the assessments that it says they are below actual age when they are actually in the right age band for their age in months at the time of the period of observations? What are we doing wrong? Freya

Hi I have a member of staff on the system who now brings her son to work so she is now a relative as well. I can't add her as a relative as it says the email address is already in use. Does anybody know a way around this please other than her creating a dummy email address? Many thanks!

I wondered if anyone can advise me how I can change the settings on my iPad and iPhone so that the uploaded media is chronological order...currently it is loading with the last video first which means when several smaller videos are uploaded the sequence is out of order and it doesn't make as much sense to the reader/viewer.

We are just starting Tapestry and wondered what information we would put in a Tapestry Policy. We have already been using another app and parents are used to this (as are staff). We already have a Technology policy and expectations of what staff can access on the ipads etc. Please could you give me the main areas to cover? Thanks in advance.

Morning I have just signed back up after a few months away being a traitor. I have received my invoice and payment has gone through ok. My PC and phone have tried to log back in with details and it says the account is not active. What do I need to do to log back in please? Would like to get things transferred back on ASAP. I haven’t had any emails from Tapestry with alternative log in or reactivation details. Many thanks in advance.

Hi there, Please would you tell me if there is a way to add summative assessments to each child in group view page. For example, if I wanted to add summative assessments for the class in a single area of learning, i.e. Numbers, followed by Shape, would I be able to do this, or do I have to go into each child individually?
