Good luck Narnia keep strong, stay focused and don't be too hasty with all the paperwork. To all intents and purpose you have a good Ofsted apart from the inspectors viewpoint in one area don't make extra work for yourself concentrate on that, then see which area needs changing as a knock on effect of this .finleysmaid makes a good point , I'm sure you feel better by being pro-active show them how its done. xxx

Oh narnia - good luck with your appeal.

You are an outstanding practitioner with an outstanding group, no matter what might have happened on inspection day and how it was interpreted by your inspector. I'm sure this will shine through in your re-inspection and I hope that you'll be able to put this all behind you in time.

More virtual hugs coming your way. xx

I wonder if you get a different inspector the next time? Deep breaths, you have a good month or so before they come back out to you. Don't let it spoil your break, once you have the policy written how they want it, that's it. You know your practice is fantastic, you have a great team, you have robust systems for everything, and a fresh focus on visitors. Chin up big smile and go for it. You have a great report that shows what they like and want to see again, and you know you can do that!

due to circumstances we were inspected 3 times in a year...if i can do it anyone can!

top tip for appealing ...keep going back to the inspectors standards and checking they have done what they say...and keep quoting from ofsteds own documents (and the dfe) ...they can't argue with their own rules!
