FSFRebecca
Helen has read over 100 Ofsted reports from settings which achieved 'Good' overall and has pulled out of them the recommendations for 'Leadership and Management' . These were the aspects of the provision that the inspector identified as contributing to a 'Good' judgement overall rather than an 'Outstanding' one. If you read the recommendations and reflect them against your own practice you will be able to see if there are any areas where you could improve what you do! Don't forget that if you do such an exercise as this you should include it (the process and any resulting actions) on your SEF (or whatever document you are using) as such reflection in itself is an indicator of strong 'Leadership and Management' Good luck - we'd love to hear how you get on!
