We're fairly new to tapestry (started using beginning of September)

How do you carry out a 2 year check on Tapestry?

Tapestry's Reports are based on and compatible with 2 year checks, so you can just create one of those. See this tutorial for more details.

How do parents then access/ view the report?

At the bottom of the above tutorial, it explains how you can make a report accessible to relatives. They can then access it from within Tapestry in the same way that you can.

Thanks to you I have used the tutorial you mentioned above and it was really helpful.
Can I ask though is it possible to remove the option for next steps in each area of learning in the report?
I haven't found a way to do this but thought I would check just in case.

Hello Laura_Saunders,

On the report screen the next steps are pre-populated from the assessments you have made. You don't have to use the ones that are there if you have others that are more suitable. You can highlight the text in the next steps box and delete it and then write your own. Alternatively, you can leave the next steps box blank. You cannot delete the whole next steps box though as that is part of the page layout.
