AnonyMouse_64030 Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 A parent has come to me saying she needs to reset her password weekly. She has run out of password ideas. None of the other parents has reported this problem. How can I change this - I presume its a problem with the settings? Quote
EmilyTapestrySupport Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Hi, The passwords do not change on Tapestry unless specifically changed by the user themselves or a manager at the setting. What I suggest you do is change the parent's password for them and make a note of this (make sure to ask the parent not to change the password), if the parent is then becomes unable to login again you can try logging in to the account with those details to see if they work. It is important to ensure the parent is aware that passwords are case sensitive. The parent could also look at getting a password manager, such as LastPass which will keep the password saved securely. Quote
