AnonyMouse_7120 Posted March 4, 2017 Posted March 4, 2017 I'm not sure I ever understood the logic between an L2 being able to be counted in ratio without GCSEs @C but an L3 not, maybe if it was a 'need it to be manager or deputy' it would make more sense.
