Sorry yes. So how you record SEND support, particularly showing how parents are involved in making decisions about that support. -
Would anyone be willing to share examples of their provision maps/support plans or other documents that show how parents are involved at a co-production level in planning and supporting interventions for their child, both in the setting and at home where appropriate?
