Do we have to inform Ofsted that we're closed? I know we do if we close in "ordinary" circumstances. But what about now?

I guess now the decision has been taken out of our hands.

But the rules at the moment from my LA on if you choose to close because of staff shortages are that you have to make a business case for payment of fees to you. In a small setting, I'm already 2 out of 6 staff down so if anymore are ill or self isolating, I won't really be able to open safely.

According to the news, looks like a decision has been made to continue with paying FEEE to settings.

Has anyone heard from LA's about payment of FEEE if settings close?
