  1. There’s a village in West Cumbria called ‘Prospect’. Which bit did you decorate? 🤣🤣
  2. Wowsers! What an achievement, and how much has your baby evolved over the years!!!!
  3. It really is a bit wild out there!
  4. I hope you made good use of your buttermilk!
  5. Has anyone read ‘the salt path’? Recently recommended
  6. You should be able to find lots of good information from https://www.eyalliance.org.uk They have a lot of really good booklets etc and are always good for answering questions. I was manager of a committee run preschool, with various different committee chairs over the years, not all of whom were ‘active in their role’ shall we say. Good luck, and do come and ask on here if you’ve any queries.
  7. Sunnyday’s lovely village group did wreath making this morning, instead of knitting, and look what they made for her! Isn’t it beautiful. 🥰🥰🥰
  8. Fantastic news. Will keep you both in my thoughts xx
  9. So, so exciting! Something to brighten the dark winter months! Have you got your knitting needles out?
  10. Hi, sorry you’ve been waiting such a long time for a reply. There surely must be somebody on here from NI. Do you still have to answer to Ofsted? If you do, I’d suggest that they could be your best option if your Local Authority isn’t providing you with answers. I suspect that tacking an additional hour on would be seen as 3 hours provision if the same children attended both. sorry I can’t be more helpful.
  11. Depends on your price point, I suppose. Have you looked at Studio24?
  12. Fair enough! Jane Eyre is my go to read. Did it for O level and it’s actually the school stamped book that I own as they were chucking them out after our year as they’d not be cycling it round again.
  13. Late to the party again! I’ve brought cake though, does that help? I hope you had a fabulous day xx
  14. Ugh! I can’t believe I didn’t do this!! Such a lot going on at the moment, but that’s no excuse 😳😢☹️ So sorry Sunnyday ☹️😩. Much love to you and hopefully this coming year will bring better health to all those you love and reduce your worry levels xxxxx.
  15. Glad it’s not just me 🤷‍♀️
  16. I thought this might appeal to those of us familiar with risk assessment creating!
  17. I thought exactly the same. Loved to discuss the scoring and predicting with her ☹️😢
  18. Sending love and prayers for their success xx
  19. Your local vet with appreciate the old towels. If there’s a Morsbags group near you they’ll probably love the duvet covers!
  20. Yes, they work with childminders who are usually single-handed, so I’m sure they understand the need for your focus to be elsewhere
  21. Ugh I remember register rewrites! I just did it all as an excel workbook in the end!
  22. Crikey it’s come round a bit quickly! Granddaughter started back in school this week, Scotland. Primary 4, so the equivalent of year 3. I hope it’s a good one for her and stretches her a bit.
  23. I’ve harvested and cleared my rhubarb patch and given it a good top dressing of growmore and manure in the hopes that I’ll get a good autumn crop. It generally works, so fingers crossed. That autumn crop is always good for rhubarb and ginger jam! Yum.
